ALTA Surveys
Also known as ALTA/NSPS standard surveys, these land title surveys are the most comprehensive survey product available for commercial real estate transactions.
ALTA/NSPS standard surveys meet joint standards established by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. These surveys document boundary lines, improvements, easements, encroachments, access, utilities, and other matters relevant to title insurance and lender underwriting—and are mandatory on most significant commercial transactions, where they are scrutinized by attorneys, title companies, and institutional lenders. Allen & Company’s licensed PSMs are fully conversant in ALTA/NSPS table A requirements and have completed these surveys for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and institutional properties across Central Florida.
