Allen & Company Joins Fremont-Wright to Expand Capabilities
Winter Garden, FL, January 24, 2024 – Allen & Company, a premier mapping, surveying, and geospatial services company located in Florida, California and Idaho, is proud to announce that Fremont-Wright LLC is acquiring the company which will allow Allen & Company to provide more resources and capabilities to its clients. The company will remain named Allen & Company and focus on surveying and mapping services. Additionally, Allen & Company has created a new company named Allen 3D, which will operate as a separate entity and concentrate on the latest technological advancements, including digital twin, gaming, simulation, reality capture, scan, and lidar technology nationwide.
Under this new workflow, Allen 3D and Allen & Company will work closely together and function under the same leadership, with Butch Allen, President and Principal of Allen & Company, directing Allen 3D as founder of the organization. No redundancies or job eliminations are planned under this new structure.

Combining forces with Fremont-Wright gives Allen & Company access to a broader client base and allows for expanding projects in more areas of the country. The merged companies will be able to deliver industry-best practices in such specialties as premier mapping, surveying, and geospatial services.
The new organization will operate from offices in Florida, Idaho, and California, fostering a coast-to-coast reach.
