Surveying and Mapping Company Moves into New Headquarters Location in Winter Garden
Allen & Company Surveying, Mapping, and Geospatial Services continues to grow and expand its footprint in Central Florida’s construction and development industry
(Orlando, FL) — Allen & Company, LLC, a premier provider of surveying, mapping, and geospatial services in the Greater Orlando area serving clients across the state of Florida, is celebrating a milestone moment as it relocated to a larger, headquarters-style facility from where it will continue delivering its services ahead of its upcoming 40th anniversary.
On March 1st, 2026, all of Allen & Company’s staff, equipment, and operations have moved fully into its new headquarters building, located at 340 East Crown Point Rd. in Winter Garden, Florida—a location large enough to hold the entire company under one roof.
Founded in 1988 by President Butch Allen, Allen & Company has been working as a professional surveying and mapping company, supporting Central Florida’s top names in the construction, development, industrial, and hospitality industries.
Allen & Company delivers core services including ALTA surveys, as-builts, topographic maps, horizontal and vertical control, plot plans, staking, and elevation certifications, along with many other project-specific deliverables.
Additionally, the company’s use of aerial photogrammetry and LiDAR, along with its experience in hydrographic mapping and bathymetric analysis, has given Allen & Company an edge over small to medium-sized surveying firms by extending its capabilities to deliver commercial and industrial solutions for large-scale developments.
The company is divided into three main functional departments—Land Development, Construction, and Homebuilder—and its services are customized to fit each of these, complete with dedicated teams of licensed Professional Surveyors and Mappers (PSMs), surveying crews, project managers, CAD technicians, Certified Surveying Technicians (CSTs), and FAA Part 107 Drone Pilots who work in concert to produce sophisticated deliverables.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Allen & Company focused on organic growth and expanded its offerings to serve a more demanding, technology-driven customer base seeking traditional surveying services, while advancing its surveying and mapping technologies with the latest land surveying and controls devices.
Allen & Company’s ensemble of advanced surveying technologies includes the latest total stations, LiDAR image-capturing devices, UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), and other GPS-based tools that support the delivery of accurate, precise surveys and maps.
In 2024, Allen & Company was acquired by Fremont-Wright, a national collective of industry-related companies that supported its expansion into the Florida market in the AEC industry—architecture, engineering, and construction—while supporting a conglomerate of sibling companies.
The company has already soft-launched its presence at the new headquarters building after vacating its long-time leased location in Downtown Winter Garden—one of Central Florida’s most popular suburbs.
Over the past four decades, Allen & Company has been the professional surveying firm behind master plan community projects, multiple apartment complexes’ construction, attraction development and expansions, and resort and hotel buildouts.
